Our Skincare Booking Process

To give you a customized skincare treatment experience, we require an in depth 45-minute skincare consultation for all first-time clients. We’ll match you with the right treatments and get your appointment booked. We will also book your upcoming appointments, talk about packages and more.

We value your time and respect our staff’s time. For this reason, we have the following policies listed below for our med spa. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for understanding!

  • All services require a credit card. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show.

    Please note that if it is your first treatment we do require a 30 minute consultation.

    Please note that all packages do expire one year from the date of purchase.

  • Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by using the Vagaro app. If you give us less than 24 hours notice we will charge 100% of the treatment and or consultation.

  • Please call and or text us (214)-232-2393 for last-minute cancellations. Please leave a detailed voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

    Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to 100% of treatment booked. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service/consultation.

  • Products:

    It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. A Spa credit will be provided for any products that where purchased with cash.

    All paid for treatments are final.
